Texmod request
I was wondering if anyone would post a download link for acolyte sousuke's primeval armor. I want to use texmod to replace my vabbian with his (because his is SO amazing..like omg).
I also have another question, say someone does post a download link and i use texmod on it, would dye effect the colors at all and create weird and rather unsightly eyesores? lol Many thanks to whom ever posts a link <.<;; |

it wouldn't work because the hero armors use different models/meshes (99% sure; perhaps this specific armor uses the exact same mesh, so i could be wrong)

His primeval and my ele's vabbian are identical meshes, its just the texture that's the differance i think

The meshes look identical, so a switch shouldn't be a problem. As far as dye goes, you won't be able to dye it at all. When you pull your armor's texture, whatever dyes you have applied to it will be taken into account with the replacement. If you change the dye, it changes the base texture, and texmod will not be able to apply the replacement.
I'll post you a link to the texture later tonight, unless someone beats me to it. |

Get a primeval armor remnant, be on hand for testing, and I'll make you the mod.

S/He'll need to meet you in game and get samples of your armor. It's a lot harde rmaking armor mods for someone else than it is yourself. Unless they know how to extract textures.

you can still change the color by extracting the texture and adjusting the color using imaging software (such as photoshop, gimp,..)

The only image editing program i have, is paint.
Yeah, paint -_- But that's cool, if all the purple was white/light grey instead of purple/darker purple, that'd be awsome lol |
